
Official Selection Announcement – IFFNY 2025

We are thrilled to announce that for the 14th edition of the International Filmmaker Festival of New York (IFFNY), we have selected 57 outstanding projects representing 89 countries across the globe! This year, we received an incredible 542 submissions from filmmakers worldwide—each one a powerful expression of creativity, vision, and storytelling.
✨ 47 projects will compete in our official competition program across various categories.
🌟 An additional 10 projects have been selected for our new Spotlight Showcase, a special non-competition category highlighting unique voices and artistic innovation. These selected films will be part of IFFNY’s online program, expanding our reach and allowing global audiences to engage with the festival virtually.
