IFFNY 2019 Red Carpet Opening Ceremony

The 2019 International Filmmaker Festival of New York will launch with the Red Carpet and Opening Ceremony on Friday, May 17, 2019. Hosted at the prestigious Dolby Laboratory Theater, IFFNY adheres to the tradition of bringing many famous figures from the film and television industry. Film stars and celebrities will walk the Red Carpet, followed by the Opening Ceremony. Filmmakers from across the globe, together with guest celebrities and dignitaries, will be treated to an evening of pleasure, excitement and live performance.

6-7:00 pm: Private Red Carpet Media Exclusive (by invite only, a private event for media & filmmakers whose films are accepted at IFFNY only). Filmmakers and media can RSVP via email iffnymedia@gmail.com, this is an opportunity for IFFNY artists and special guests to give interviews with the TV/magazines/media present.

The 2019 International Filmmaker Festival of New York will close with the Award Ceremony which will take place at Dolby Laboratory Theater, on Tuesday, May 21, 2019, followed by an After-Party. This year 10 Jury Prizes will be given to the big winners: Best Feature Film, Best Short Film, Best Feature Documentary Film, Best Short Documentary Film, Best Actor Award, Best Actress Award, Best Production Award, Cinematography Award, Best Animation, and Best Music video. Additionally, awards are given out by the festival and the audience.
